The Baltimore City Department of Public Works (DPW) held its Third Annual Consent Decree meeting on Thursday, Jan. 23, 2020. At this annual public meeting, Paul DeSantis, DPW’s Chief of Legal and Regulatory Affairs, presented an overview of the Department’s work, especially over the last 12 months, to meet the terms and conditions of the Modified Consent Decree. The annual public meeting is a requirement of the Modified Consent Decree, entered in U.S. District Court on Oct. 6, 2017.
