Collection Delay Information

Collection/Service Delay

Wednesday, Jan. 24, 2024:

DPW Solid Waste crews  continued to collect trash and recycling collections due to Friday's, Jan. 19, cancellation. However, there are some areas that crews have been unable to access due to ice and snow remaining in the alleyways. Please call 3-1-1 if we were unable to get to you.

If your trash or recycling collection has been delayed due to last week's snow storms, please continue to keep your trash/recycling out at your regular collection location and secured in a City-issued bin or can with a tight-fitting lid.

Street sweeping operations will be suspended for Thursday, Jan. 25.  Each day, our crews continue to check snow-melting and weather conditions. The recent snow and freezing temperatures affect sweeping operations. Street Sweeping Services will resume as soon as weather conditions allow.

We appreciate your patience and thank you for your cooperation as we continue commitment to our communities.
