Application for Redevelopment and Qualitative Treatment Waiver

The City of Baltimore Department of Public Works is accepting public review and comments on this project’s application for a redevelopment and a partial qualitative treatment waiver.

Project Description:

The project has an approximate area of 0.58 acres and is located southeast at the intersection of 32nd Street and Saint Paul Street. The project will consist of a 7 story residential building with associated ground level retail and basement level parking garage.

The Applicant is requesting a partial qualitative control waiver in accordance with Article 7, Division II, §23-2 of the City Code. The Applicant will treat all but 0.10 impervious acres of the 0.27 impervious acres requiring treatment. The Applicant will satisfy the remaining water quality controls for this project by payment of fee-in-lieu of on-site stormwater management for 0.10 ac of this project.

AND

The Applicant is requesting a redevelopment waiver in accordance with Article 7, §23-7 of the City Code. The existing impervious area coverage meets the conditions for this waiver. The project will provide water quality controls and a fee-in-lieu, to satisfy the requirements of this waiver for 0.27 ac of this project.
