Application for Redevelopment Waiver
The City of Baltimore Department of Public Works is accepting public review and comments on this project’s application for a redevelopment waiver. If granted, the project need not comply with the requirements of the State’s Design Manual for quantity control.

Project Description: | The project has an approximate area of 1.42 acres and is located Northeast at the existing K-Lot parking lot off Greenspring Ave. The project will consist of utility trenching and site and subsurface preparation for a parking garage. The Applicant is requesting a redevelopment waiver in accordance with Article 7, §23-7 of the City Code. The existing impervious area coverage meets the conditions for this waiver. The project will provide stormwater management through the use of impervious removal to satisfy the requirements of this waiver for 1.34 ac of this project. AND The Applicant is requesting a qualitative control waiver in accordance with Article 7, Division II, §23-2 of the City Code. The Applicant has demonstrated that the 0.04 ac of the project will return the disturbed area to a predevelopment runoff condition. The applicant will not be required to provide qualitative control controls for 0.04 ac of this project.
