Application for Redevelopment Waiver
The City of Baltimore Department of Public Works is accepting public review and comments on this project’s application for a redevelopment waiver. If granted, the project will still need to provide water qualitative controls, per the requirements of the State’s Design Manual.

Project Description: | The project has an approximate area of 0.30 acres and is located on the east side of The Johns Hopkins University Homewood Campus, at 3200 N. Charles Street. The site includes the existing Milton S. Eisenhower Library and immediate surrounding areas. The project site work consists of utility reconstruction, site grading, and hardscaping for the new library entrance. The Applicant is requesting a redevelopment waiver in accordance with Article 7, §23-7 of the City Code. The existing impervious area coverage meets the conditions for this waiver. The Applicant will satisfy the water quality controls for this project by use of master plan bank credits for 0.08 ac for this project.
