Application for Qualitative and Quantitative Control Waiver

The City of Baltimore Department of Public Works is accepting public review and comments on this project’s application for a qualitative control and quantitative control waivers.

Project Description:

The project has an approximate area of 1.10 acres and is located southwest of the intersection of Pulaski Highway and Moravia Road. The project will consist of the removal of the existing paved area at the Pulaski Maintenance Facility.

The Applicant is requesting a qualitative control waiver in accordance with Article 7, Division II, §23-2 of the City Code. The Applicant has demonstrated that the 1.10 ac of the project will return the disturbed area to a predevelopment runoff condition. The applicant will not be required to provide qualitative control controls for 1.10 ac of this project.

AND

The Applicant has demonstrated that 1.10 ac of the project directly discharges stormwater to tidal waters. The applicant will not be required to provide quantitative control for 1.10 ac of this project.
