Application for Redevelopment Waiver

The City of Baltimore Department of Public Works is accepting public review and comments on this project’s application for a qualitative control waiver.

Project Description:

The project has an approximate area of 0.72 acres and is located at the intersection of W. Mulberry Street and Allendale Street. The project will consist of site improvements for the recreation center.

The Applicant is requesting a redevelopment waiver in accordance with Article 7, §23-7 of the City Code. The existing impervious area coverage meets the conditions for this waiver. The project will provide impervious area reduction to satisfy the requirements of this waiver for 0.72 ac of this project.
