Application for Administrative Waiver

The City of Baltimore Department of Public Works is accepting public review and comments on this project’s application for administrative waiver. If granted, the administrative waiver would allow construction of this project to be governed by the rules and requirements that were in place prior to the Baltimore City Council’s adoption of Ordinance 10-277 on May 3, 2010. The applicant must provide stormwater management for the proposed project whether or not the waiver is granted.

Applicant: Huber Memorial United Church of Christ, Inc., 5701 York Road, Baltimore, MD 21202-3606

Project Description: “Huber Memorial Church” proposes the construction of a new 26,990 SF building for religious practices. Additional improvements include construction of associated parking and walkways, installation of landscape material, construction of the various utilities, installation of two underground storm water quality and quantity control facilities. Concept approval was granted for this project April 19, 2009.
